Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

Standard delivery: 5–10 business days — £4.99
Free standard shipping within the UK on orders over £100.00
Express delivery is not currently offered.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently offered. We are working on shipping to selected countries worldwide. International delivery times and rates will vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout once available.

Packaging

All artwork and prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All work is currently sent unmounted and unframed.

8 x 10 inch & 12 x 16 inch prints are sentent flat-packed in a rigid card envelope via Royal Mail 1st class tracked.
Larger sizes are sent rolled and packed in a solid card tube to protect the work.
Note: All sizes are approximate.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once the order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Items

If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact enquiries@eleanorfarr.gallery within 5 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage.
